The National Breast Cancer Foundation has launched the Pink Swing Cd.

The idea is to make people aware of the pink ribbon campaign but at the same time providing a great collection of Swing and Jazz.

The Pink Swing cd features artists such as Anthony Warlow, Danielle Gaha, James Morrison, Kate Ceberano and Vince Jones.

Pink Floyds’ The Wall.

Released at the end of 1979, The Wall was Pink Floyds’ 12th album. All the words and most of the music were writen by bassist Roger Waters.

The Wall is a stunning album and well worth listening to. “Another Brick in the Wall” is probably the most famous songs on the album with 2 parts (3min 41sec and 3min 56sec). All in all there are a number of great tracks on it such as “Goodbye Blus Sky”, “Don’t Leave me Now” and “In the Flesh”.

  Britains largest Magnolia has flowered for the first time in 5 years !

Standing at 20 metres (66ft) high and 30 metres (99ft) wide, it is the largest pink magnolia canopy in the UK. The magnolia was planted in 1937 near Ivybridge in South Devon.
